All new Google +1 exchange

We have totally rebuilt the Google +1 exchange engine and its working better then ever before. There are a few more steps required on your end but we think its totally worth the effort.

How to connect your +1′s

When you go to your “My Links” page you and add a link or view current links you will see a new icon “Google +1 settings”.  If you see a red Icon displayed that means you do not have your Google +1 activated for this link. Simply click the settings and a new window opens up. Here you will be directed to download a basic HTML file and upload it via ftp to your server.

Don’t worry this file is safe as can be, as a matter of fact its just the Google +1 button and identifier for Faseeo. Having you upload the file to your server makes sure that all Google +1s come from your website directly and not Faseeo. This will enable our +1s to stick where as some of other exchanges keep getting them taken away.

Once you have uploaded this file, head back to the window and paste the link to the file. It should look something like this:

www.yoursite.com/gp_123.html

Best if you copy and paste this link…you will get a “success” message if done correctly!

Click ok and you are all set. You will notice a new green icon on your link that shows its good to go and connected properly. Our users can now happily go about their way clicking that +1 button of yours.

Giving +1s

Giving other users +1s to receive credit has not changed at all, you still just click the Google +1 button and make your vote. You will receive instant credit for it.

Control your +1s

We often get asked how to control how fast you get your +1s and other shares. This is the real beauty behind the credit system. It lets you control how many and how fast you get your +1s. If you are new and need to get a few +1s right away increase the credit you are willing to give. Once you have a few take that credit down so you fall further down the list and less users will give you a +1 and this will slow your share rate. We like to recommend a credit reward of 5 to put you in the middle and give you a slower but constant +1 share.

Head over to www.faseeo.com right now and give it a go!

Finding On-Site SEO issues with your website using Faseeo

Even though we never intended Faseeo to be a On-Site optimization tool there are some valuable things you can learn from it about your website.

When you click that magic “GET” button on the My Links page it goes in the background and pulls some data from your site directly. Let’s look at that data and how you should be looking at it.

Page Title

This is the first thing Faseeo copies over from your site.  Make sure your page title is accurate, descriptive and most of all uses your keyword(s). Keep your title tag to around 60 characters maximum. If your title looks funny in Faseeo it will look funny to search engines too. You need to fix it!

Description Text

This is the second bit of information that Faseeo pulls in from your website. This is one where you website owners and marketers really need to pay attention to.  Your description text is what is supposed include your keywords and SELL viewers on your website. When you search on Google, this is the text under neath your page title. Make users excited to go to your site. Tell them why that page is amazing and don’t forget to include those keywords! Scanning down the Faseeo Share page I see too many one word description texts. If your site is one of them you have some onsite SEO work to do.

These are two very basic but important parts of SEO, if you see issues in these parts of your site you probably have others too and should consult an SEO about them to maximize your search engine visibility.

Best Practices Guide

We have built many cool features to help you sucseed using Faseeo as your social media seo tool. Here are what we think are the best practices to get you there.

After singing up and connecting your facebook and twitter account head over to the share page.

You will notice that you already have 10 credits. Click and share some links to build your own credit total. Just sharing Faseeo on google, facebook and Twitter can get you a total of 75 credits right now. Share a some user links and build up some serious credit!

After you have built up credit head over to the “My Links” page and add your links. We currently let you share upto 10 of your own links. Assign some credit value to your links and place them in the right category.

Some notes on credits:

We suggest offering about 5 credits per share. This will give a user a total of 15 credits if they share your link on all 3 social media sites we support.

We also suggest you monitor your sharing activity. If you are getting too many shares, lower your credit numbers. You want to be middle of the pack. This will mean some users will share your link and some won’t, this may sound counter productive but in reality makes your link profile look more natural to google.

Add more the one link to your My Links page. The more you add the better your link diversity. Again this will help keep things more natural.

That’s all there is to sucessful use of Faseeo.

Lastly we suggest you make a daily habit of using Faseeo. We like to login with our morning coffee and share new users links.

Throttling your share speed

A common question we see is about the sharing speed. More specifically users are worried that their links will get too many +1s and raise flag with Google.

There have been cases of web-users purchasing +1s from companies using empty accounts to gain 1000 or more +1s and some cases of web-users using similar +1 exchange sites getting 100′s of +1s over night that end up getting them taken away by Google.

You don’t have to worry about that with Faseeo. We have designed three major features to prevent that.

Credit System

The credit system is you gas pedal on Faseeo. Increase the number of credit you want to offer to get more shares faster. Decrease to slow down. You are fully in control. We suggest offering about 5 credits so you are in the middle of the pack. That will make users share your link some of the time not all of the time and hence looking real natural.

Multiple Social Networks

Faseeo is not just about +1s, we actually only added it recently. The Google ranking system is more complex then just +1s, it takes twitter links and Facebook shares into serious consideration. So far we see that your link is shared about evenly across all three networks. This helps keep you looking natural in Googles eyes and your ranking on the rise.

100% real users

We don’t have a database of fake accounts or empty users to share your links. All links are shared by real people with real profiles. You can see just who shared your links on the My Links page. These are just the type of users that Google is looking at to see where they should rank you.

Our parent company VladWorks has been using Faseeo for a while before it went public and its the easiest and safest way to share link for social media seo use.

Rankings results showing proof Faseeo works!

When we first built Faseeo we used a relatively new website as our test subject. You can probably see it at the top of the share page right now. It has been shared by practically all of our beta testers. They shared it on Facebook, Twitter and now +1 on Google and it has been crawling up the rankings.

Obviously www.Faseeo.com is not the one click solution for getting to the top of the rankings but it is a part of a healthy SEO plan. While performing regular SEO work on the test site we managed to get it to the 5th page from not-being indexed.

After Faseeo became a part of the equation it has sky-rocketed up to the 4th spot on the second page in just a couple of weeks.

If you are serious about your Google Rankings you need to include Faseeo as part of your daily SEO work.

Beta Testing is open to public!

Thank you for taking the time to beta test this project for me.

Paul has done a wonderful job of coding it so that it works as smooth as possible and some of my design staff made it look fun and appealing. Thanks to all of you for helping this project get off the ground.

Now an introduction to Faseeo.com

Faseeo is design to maximize the potential of Facebook and Twitter linking as related to the Google ranking algorithm. Don’t worry about the technical details as its not really important. The important part is that with only a small user base we can create a community that drives traffic directly to your website and more importantly increases your ranking in Google. Ultimately the more users we get on board the greater the effects. More on this in another blog post

What we want you to do

First off take a tour of Faseeo.com and register for your account. Then take a look at the inside pages and let me know if you see any errors, spelling mistakes, something weird looking or something that leads you nowhere basically make sure we did it all correctly.

Next see IF you can understand what you are supposed to do on this website and make a note of anything confusing. We haven’t given you any directions on purpose. Based on these findings we will change the site and write my FAQ so that other users have an easier time with the website.

After you figure it out, with or without our help, give it a go. Try it out. After you submit some links go ahead and take a look others links. Browse through some links and post a few to your wall. You can filter the links if you want to be picky or go for maximum credit value its up to you. Please make notes of any weird, confusing or not working parts of the website. We need to know this!
